Terms and conditions

1. Scope

These terms apply to all orders placed by consumers through this online shop with NORDRYK, 40 Rookwood Road

2. Formation of contract

The display of products in the shop is not a binding offer. By submitting your order you make a binding offer. The contract is formed when we accept the order by sending a dispatch confirmation.

3. Prices and shipping

All prices include VAT where applicable. Orders over €50 ship free — the amount is shown in your own currency on our pages and at checkout; smaller orders pay the shipping shown at checkout.

4. Delivery

We deliver to the countries offered at checkout, including the United States, Canada, Australia, the United Kingdom and most of Europe. Delivery normally takes 7–9 business days from dispatch confirmation.

5. Payment

The payment methods available for your order are shown at checkout — for example card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay.

6. Right of withdrawal

Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal of fourteen days. The full withdrawal notice and the model withdrawal form are at Right of withdrawal.

7. Retention of title

The goods remain our property until paid in full.

8. Warranty

Statutory rights in respect of defects apply. The limitation period for claims relating to defects is two years from receipt of the goods.

9. Dispute resolution

European Commission platform for online dispute resolution: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. We are not obliged, and not willing, to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
