Terms and conditions

1. Scope

These terms apply to all orders placed by consumers through this online shop with NORDRYK, 40 Rookwood Road

2. Formation of contract

The display of products in the shop is not a binding offer. By submitting your order you make a binding offer. The contract is formed when we accept the order by sending a dispatch confirmation.

3. Prices and shipping

All prices include VAT where applicable. Shipping costs €4.95; orders over €50 ship free.

4. Delivery

We deliver across Europe with DHL. Delivery normally takes 3–5 working days from dispatch confirmation.

5. Payment

Klarna pay later, PayPal, card, Apple Pay and Google Pay are available.

6. Right of withdrawal

Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal of fourteen days. The full withdrawal notice and the model withdrawal form are at Right of withdrawal.

7. Retention of title

The goods remain our property until paid in full.

8. Warranty

Statutory rights in respect of defects apply. The limitation period for claims relating to defects is two years from receipt of the goods.

9. Dispute resolution

European Commission platform for online dispute resolution: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. We are not obliged, and not willing, to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
