Shipping
We deliver within 8–10 business days. Delivery to a parcel locker is possible.
- Shipping cost: €4.95 — free over €50
- Tracking: you get the link by email as soon as the parcel is on its way
Returns — 14 days
You have 14 days to send the item back. We do not need a reason.
How it works
- Send a short email to info@nordryk.com with your order number.
- We reply with the return address and the next steps.
- Once it arrives and has been checked we refund within 14 days to your original payment method.
Please return goods unworn and in resaleable condition. Return postage is at your cost unless the goods are faulty.
Exchanges
Wrong size? Write to us and we will exchange it for another size while stock lasts. Our size guide is there to help you avoid that in the first place.
Faults
Statutory warranty of two years applies to defects. Report a fault by email with photos and we will sort it out without fuss.
